Electronic Flag Selling Programme Kick-off Ceremony (2011.09.28)

The "Electronic Flag Selling Programme" Kick-off Ceremony was completed on 28 September 2011. The launch was officiated by Ms. Christine Fang, Chief Executive of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and Mr. Sunny Cheung, Chief Executive Officer of Octpus Cards Limited. Over 150 guests, media and representatives of NGOs attended the ceremony.
